These Official Rules ("Rules") govern the Beamr Filter Contest ("Contest"). By participating, you agree to these Rules and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. SPONSOR

The Contest is sponsored by Moonbeam Foundation Ltd. ("Sponsor"). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Snapchat, X (formerly Twitter), or any other third party platform. Any inquiries should be directed to the Sponsor, not the platforms.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on February 23, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 1, 2025 ("Contest Period").

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to individuals who:

• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
• Are legal residents of jurisdictions that do not prohibit participation in crypto-related contests.
• Are NOT residents of Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Syria, China, and Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions of Ukraine, or any other jurisdiction under U.S. sanctions.
• Are NOT included on the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List) or any equivalent sanctions list.

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
